Cancellation Policy:
- Refunds are not provided for cancellations.
- Bookings can be rescheduled once at no extra cost if canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Cancellations for rescheduled bookings are considered final.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.
Punctuality and Overtime:
- Ensure the timely arrival of the booking's responsible party or designate someone to arrive promptly for access.
- Staff will conduct a final studio inspection five minutes prior to the scheduled session end time.
- In case of unpreparedness upon staff arrival, and if overtime is available, a fee of $25 will apply for every 15 minutes beyond the rental duration. If no overtime is available and another rental is booked, party will need to exit immediately.
Cleanup:
- Before departure, booking party must restore any moved items, wipe down surfaces, and clean the floor.
- Permanent marks on furniture, walls, or floors will result in professional cleaning fees.
- Prohibited substances and items include smoke bombs, cigarettes, marijuana, water, paint, alcohol, body paint, body oils, glitter, and open flame candles. Cleaning fees start at $100.00+HST/hour.
- In case of studio damages, the booking party will receive an invoice.
Footwear and Other Rules:
- During inclement weather, outdoor shoes are not allowed; kindly bring indoor shoes for your comfort.
- Animals of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- The filming of pornography is not permitted.
- The studio's maximum capacity is 10 people, and entry may be denied if this limit is exceeded.
- Focal Studio is not responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises.
- Booking access is limited to the studio space; please do not remove furniture from the premises.
- Security cameras are in operation but are not directed at private areas such as changing rooms and restrooms, to respect privacy expectations.
